This policy explains how millimagine ("we") handles information in TimerTrain (https://timertrain.com, the "Service").

2. Using the Service without an account
Your timer settings, recent setups and display preferences are stored only on your device (browser local storage) and in the page URL. We do not receive them.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used. Through cookies and similar technologies, pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and actions such as starting a timer are sent to Google in a form that does not identify you. See how Google uses this information. You can block it in your browser settings or with the opt-out add-on.
3. Information we collect when you sign in
- Your email address
- If you sign in with Google: your Google account name and profile picture, as provided by Google
- Timers you save (names, durations, colors, repeat count), recently used setups, and display preferences such as the theme
- Usage history: start and end time of each timer, time used, whether it was completed, and the setup, page and saved timer used
- Records needed for authentication, such as sign-in times
We never handle passwords. You sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email.
4. How we use it
- To sign you in, sync across devices, and show your saved timers and history
- To respond to your inquiries
- To prevent abuse and operate the Service securely
- To improve the Service, using aggregated data that does not identify you
- If paid plans are introduced, to check your subscription status
5. Service providers
We use the following providers. Your information is stored and processed on their servers only as needed to provide the Service.
- Supabase, Inc. (USA): sign-in and data storage. Data is stored in the Tokyo region
- Google LLC (USA): Google sign-in and analytics
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): delivery of the Service
Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
7. Retention and deletion
Information you save while signed in is kept until you delete your account. You can delete your account and all saved data at any time from the account page; it is then erased from our database (and from provider backups within a limited period).
On the free plan, only recent history is displayed, but records are kept until you delete them.
8. Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Saved data can only be read or written by the signed-in owner. The accounts we use to run the Service are protected with two-factor authentication.
9. Your rights
To request access to, correction, restriction or deletion of your information, contact [email protected]. We will respond after verifying your identity.
10. Children
If you are under the age of majority in your country, please create an account only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
11. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and, for important changes, notify you clearly within the Service.
