These Terms set out the conditions for using TimerTrain (the "Service") provided by millimagine ("we"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If this English version conflicts with the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Accounts
The timers are free to use without an account. Signing in adds features such as saving and syncing timers and usage history.
Your account is for you only; do not transfer or lend it. You are responsible for the Google account or email address you use to sign in.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Break the law or act against public order
- Place excessive load on our servers or network, including mass automated access
- Attempt unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities, or try to obtain other users' information
- Impersonate another person
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
If we determine that you have done so, we may restrict your use and suspend or delete your account without prior notice.
3. Paid plans
If we offer paid plans, prices, payment methods and cancellation terms will be shown on the sign-up screen and in separate notices.
4. Changes to the Service
We may change, suspend or end the Service. If we end it, we will announce this in the Service in advance whenever possible.
5. Disclaimer
We work to keep the Service accurate, but timing, sounds, display and data sync may not work correctly depending on your device, browser or connection.
Do not use the Service where a timing error or stoppage could cause serious harm, such as medical care, safety management or official exam timing.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Intellectual property
Rights in the design, code and text of the Service belong to us or the rightful owners. Timer names and setups you create are yours.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the account page. Your saved timers and history will be deleted and cannot be restored.
8. Personal information
We handle your information under our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms when necessary. We will announce the content and effective date in the Service in advance.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the district court with jurisdiction over our location.
