HIIT you can follow from the floor
This page starts with 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Work is strawberry milk, rest is blueberry, and the donut shrinks as each phase runs out — big enough to read from a yoga mat or across a room.
How to use it
Press play and the workout runs to the end on its own, with a sound at every switch. Change the times or rounds in the timer settings, or add timers for a warm-up and cool-down. Focus mode shows only the donut, full screen.
FAQ
Can I set different exercises?
Yes. Add a timer for each exercise and name it — "Squats", "Push-ups", "Rest" — and they play in order.
Will the screen turn off?
While the timer is running, the page asks your device to keep the screen on where the browser supports it.
