Four minutes, sixteen little donuts
Tabata is 20 seconds of all-out work and 10 seconds of rest, eight times — four minutes in total. Here each work phase is a strawberry-milk donut and each rest a blueberry one. The mini donuts under the main timer show how many rounds are left, so you know exactly how much more to push.
How to use it
It's ready as soon as the page opens: press play and the 8 rounds run automatically with a sound at every switch. To do two Tabata blocks, raise the round count; to name the exercises, rename the timers.
FAQ
Can I change 20/10 to another pattern?
Yes. Edit the seconds in the timer settings — for example 30/15 — and the rounds follow your new pattern.
How do I see how many rounds are left?
The row of mini donuts under the main timer shows every round; finished ones fade out.
