Work and rest, told apart by flavor
This page starts with 45 seconds of work (strawberry milk) and 15 seconds of rest (blueberry), repeated 10 times. The flavor changes with every phase, so a quick glance tells you whether you're working or resting — useful when you're mid-exercise and can't read small numbers.
How to use it
Press play and the rounds run on their own, with a sound at every switch. Change the seconds or the round count in the timer settings; add a warm-up or cool-down by inserting another timer. Copy the share link to keep your routine or send it to a training partner.
FAQ
Can I add more than two phases?
Yes. Add as many timers as you like — for example warm-up, three exercises and a rest — and they play in order.
Will I hear when the phase changes?
Yes, a sound plays at every switch, so you can keep your eyes off the screen.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. Keep the screen on for the most reliable sound.
